about jess & ryan
Jess and Ryan are the founders of Noon — a space built on the belief that healing, growth, and connection are deeply personal journeys meant to be taken at your own pace, in your own way. Their story is one of rebuilding from the ground up: two people who made the choice to stop living on autopilot and start living with intention.
Jess spent years working through anxiety, binge eating, ADHD, OCD, and depression, steadily doing the internal work to create lasting change. In the midst of her journey, she faced one of her greatest challenges — losing her mother. Grief became another layer of healing, and she chose to keep moving forward, honoring the life she was building. Quitting drinking was never about starting over; it was about clearing space for the future she was already creating.
Ryan’s journey was shaped by struggles with gambling and alcohol, reaching a point where sobriety became a choice between life and death. Fitness became a cornerstone of his recovery, and through consistent commitment, he completed 75 Hard and went on to finish the entire Live Hard program over the course of a full year. Fitness and mental toughness became a way for him to rebuild his confidence, discipline, and mindset from the inside out.
Throughout their journeys, meetings, accountability, and consistent community became the anchors that kept them moving forward. They found that true growth isn't possible without support — and that real change happens in connection. Wanting to create a space for honest conversations around sobriety, recovery, and self-growth, Jess and Ryan launched the Sober As F*ck podcast. Through real, unfiltered discussions, they continue to break the stigma and show that healing doesn’t have to look perfect — it just has to be yours.
Noon stands for New Outlook On Now — a reminder that all we truly have is the present. No future-tripping. No self-blame. Just one choice, one moment, one now at a time.
